TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING.

Navigation/technical data: the informatic systems used to operate the Services acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected for identification purposes, but could lead to identification if, for example, it is combined with data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP address and domain name of your computer, the addresses in the (Uniform Resource Identifier)  (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters relating to your operating system. We use this data for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Services and to check their correct functioning. We delete the data collected in this way immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes committed against the Services.

Data communicated spontaneously by the user: in the event that the user spontaneously sends messages to the Data Controller through the contact forms or via email, the user’s personal data and email are collected; the personal data contained in these messages will be processed in order to respond to the request. Data is kept for the period necessary to give feedback to the user and for the period permitted by law to protect any rights of the Data Controller. The data collected through the contact form are also processed for marketing purposes and sending newsletters and are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the acquisition of the user’s consent.

LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING. The legal basis for the processing of navigation data and technical cookies is the operation of our website (for information on cookies, refer to the Cookie Policy). The legal basis of the data processing carried out for the management of your contact requests through the form is the fulfilment of pre-contractual, contractual and post-contractual obligations connected and inherent to the service requested by the user. The legal basis for the processing of data processed for marketing purposes and for sending newsletters is the free, specific and manifest consent provided by the user. At any time, you can withdraw your consent to the processing of this data for marketing and newsletter purposes by informing the Data Controller. METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING. In compliance with the security requirements required by European Regulation, data processing takes place both through the use of IT tools and with paper support.

COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA. Navigation data will not be communicated. Personal data provided voluntarily (form, email …) are processed only by subjects previously appointed and authorized for processing. Furthermore, this data may be disclosed to third parties if the communication of the data is mandatory and required by law (e.g. Police Headquarters, insurance, ISTAT, Municipality…).

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD. Personal data may be transferred outside Italy to third party recipients established within the European Union. This transfer is open as each country of the European Union guarantees an adequate level of data protection. The Data Controller does not transfer data to countries outside the European Union.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY. The European Regulation confers on each interested party the following rights:

  • Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Authority for the protection of personal data).
